Learn how to use 2-factor authentication to log into Modyo.

1. Download authenticator software.

Download an authentication app on your mobile device. If you don't know which one to use, Google Authenticator (iOS, Android) is a free and secure option.

2. Scan the QR code.

The system will show you how to synchronize your authenticator with Modyo.

3. If this is the first time you are performing the process, you will need to re-enter your username and password to verify your identity.

4. When the system requests it, insert the code generated by Google for the site you are working on.

Please note that if you take too long to input the code, it will expire, and a new code will be generated. Enter the most recent code to complete the verification process.
