Team Review is a tool that allows you to control the process of publishing items in Modyo, such as entries, widgets, pages, templates, and more. When enabled, each item must go through the required review stages before it can be published.
This adds a level of supervision and collaboration between the content editor and a team of reviewers. This tool is configured individually for each Site and Space.
To enable team review, follow these steps:
1. From the side menu in Modyo Platform, select a site or space.
2. Expand Site/Space Configuration and select Team Review.
3. Click Enable Team Review.
These are the options you can configure:
Number of approvals: Determines how many team members must approve the item before publishing (this changes the status from "In review" to "Approved").
Restrict the selection of reviewers: By default, any user with the necessary permissions will be able to approve the items that are waiting for revision. By enabling this option, only those chosen by the editor will be able to do so.
Force review: This option allows you to select a list of users, from which at least one approval is required for the item to be moved to the "Approved" status. This is independent of the number of approvals previously configured, i.e. even if an item has the required number of approvals, it will still be in "Waiting for approval" status if no user in the list has approved it.
Require all: This option extends the previous restriction to all selected users.
