By default your site is in Draft mode, in this state the site can be modified but it is not publicly accessible.
To make your site public:
Go to site settings > General > Danger Zone
Find Site Status and click on Change Status
Select Enabled
Confirm change and save settings.
These options involve a certain risk for the site and users’ experience, proceed with caution.
